ARKANSAS
There is no waiting period in Arkansas.
No medical exam or blood test required.
You can obtain a license at any County Clerk Office.
Your Arkansas Marriage License can only be used in Arkansas, but can be used in any Arkansas County regardless of which county you purchase it in.
Generally, both applicants must apply in person together, but there maybe
exceptions to this requirement.
Both applicants must be at least 18 years old to obtain a Marriage License.
If under the age of 18, the male must be at least 17 years old and the
female must be at least 16 years old and have parental or guardian consent.
Parental or Guardian consent generally must be provided in person, but
there may be exceptions.
If either applicant has been married before, you maybe required to bring
Proof of Dissolution.
The unsigned license is good throughout the state of Arkansas.
Once the unsigned license is issued, it is valid for 60 days and must be returned to the County Clerks Office, used or unused.
The cost of a license is $58.00. Both parties will need a valid form of Identification.

MISSOURI

You can obtain a license at the County Clerks Office or The County Recorders
Office.
Generally, both applicants must apply in person together, but there maybe
exceptions to this requirement.
Both applicants must be at least 18 years old to obtain a marriage license.
With parental or guardian consent, the male must be at least 16 years old
and the female must be at least 16 years old. Parental or guardian consent
generally must be provided in person.
If either applicant has been married before, you maybe required to bring
Proof of Dissolution.
Missouri requires 2 witnesses: which if needed we provide at no cost.
The unsigned license is good throughout the state of Missouri.
Once the unsigned license is issued, it is valid for 30 days.
After the wedding the signed license must be recorded at the County Clerks
Office or the County Recorders Office.
The cost of the license varies depending upon the County.
