Shannan and Mary met and were married in New Orleans, LA in 1993.
They moved to North Arkansas in 1998. Shannan received the call to the
ministry in 2000 and in July of 2004, became an Ordained Non-denominational Minister.
He is an accomplished musician on the piano and the guitar. He began
his musical career as a singer of Southern Gospel Music. He is also well
known in the South for his paintings of New Orleans Jazz Art.
Mary attended college and Bible College in New Orleans. After Bible College she served in the Ministry in a small local community church and is herself a licensed Non-denominational Minister. Mary has a small prison
ministry where she writes letters, send cards and if requested Bibles. Her
prison ministry began over 20 years ago thru the church she was then
attending in New Orleans. Since moving to Arkansas, she has continued
that part of her ministry. Since retiring, Mary now has the time to pursue
her life long interest in Photography.
Many of the small churches in our area have no one to help them with
their music, often they do not even have a piano player or song leader.
We believe that when God called us to the ministry, it was to help fill this
void in our small churches.
Our ministry is totally supported by our wedding service. The wedding
service came about quite by accident, people began to ask if Shannan would perform their wedding ceremony. Many people want to be married
by a minister, but they may not belong to a church or do not know a
minister who will marry them.
There are many beautiful locations for weddings in Arkansas and
Missouri. We are licensed to perform weddings in both states. There is no
waiting period in Arkansas or Missouri. We feel that it is a special
privilege to marry a couple, as they are allowing us to share in a very
special moment in their lives.
We are very excited about the opening of our Wedding Chapel. Often
people do not have the financial resources to rent a large hall or a church
and their home or apartment may not be large enough for a wedding and
the guest they wish to invite. Since we own this building, we thought it
would make a great place for people to hold their weddings and
receptions. After all your wedding day should be filled with joy, beauty
and should be stress-free. You can have a beautiful wedding without it
being expensive.

50th ANNIVERSARY WEDDING RENEWAL
This couple's children arranged with us a surprise wedding renewal ceremony.
They were taking an evening walk when we approached them with their family.
It was the husbands dream to celebrate with his wife and family, his 50th
wedding anniversary. Their children planned this wonderful surprise.
